About the University Festival Executive Committee
The Takushoku University Festival Executive Committee currently has approximately 100 members, and we work together across grade levels, faculties, departments, and campuses.
We have four departments - General Affairs, Planning, Public Relations, and External Affairs - that are involved in creating the university festival from various angles, including creating decorations, planning and devising plans, public relations activities, and communicating sponsored items.
During the first and second years, students will work in each department.
In the third year, students will take on responsibilities that are more directly related to the running of the university festival.
In your fourth year, you will have a variety of activities planned and organized by fourth-year students only. Enjoy a wonderful university life with your irreplaceable friends.

Planning Department
Manager: Takuma Ohno
As it is usually the Planning Department, they are mainly engaged in activities that only the Planning Department can do, such as discussing what kind of events would be exciting for the three festivals held each year, arena events such as celebrity talk shows and comedy shows, and the "Takudai Walker" stamp rally event where visitors can participate!

Public Relations Department
Manager: Hokuto Hagiwara
As the name suggests, the Public Relations Department is responsible for public relations activities. They create posters, pamphlets, flags, banners, and other PR materials, and also manage social media.
On the day of the festival, we will take photos and liven up the festival.

Finance Department
Manager: Akito Yamaguchi
This department manages the budget within the committee.

General Affairs Department
Manager: Kohei Okabe
The General Affairs Department is working on making things for the school festival. Last year, they made a lot of things, such as timetables, face-in signs, and stained glass. On the day of the festival, they help out other departments and do various other things to ensure the festival runs smoothly.

Manager: Hiroharu Ito
I handle the reception of visitors to the university festival, and as the festival approaches I travel around the local area to promote and greet people. Depending on the project, sponsorship items may be needed, so a lot of my work involves calling companies that provide sponsorship!
